Study on Connectivity Analysis and Injection–Production Optimization of Strong Heterogeneous Sandstone Reservoir Based on Connectivity Method

The D reservoir in the Bongor Basin, southern Chad, is highly heterogeneous. In stage of waterflood development, injected water seriously channeled along dominant channel, and drive effect becomes worse. At same time, due to strong edge bottom water, flooding situation aggravated, cut increased, development efficiency reduced. To accurately identify inter-well connectivity relationship, we developed a model based on principle dynamic production data geological parameters. Thus, plane injection split coefficient each layer were obtained. results are good agreement with calculation through verification field tracer interpretation. practical application show that method can increase annual output oil by 1.3%, which has effect. this study, multi-layer sandstone reservoirs was established for first time. performance injection–production well optimized real time historical fitting optimization algorithm then applied reservoirs, so it could effectively improve oilfield optimize structure.
